Why can't I login?

There may be a few reasons why you can't log in.  Have you double checked you are using the correct email address?  

If you have a Gmail account, try using Googlemail instead of Gmail.

If you have not accessed your account for 6 months then it will be automatically closed. This is as per the terms and conditions of the site. Don't worry, we will email you two weeks beforehand to remind you.

If you have been active on your account in the past six months and are unable to log in please click the ‘forgot password’ link and we will send you an email to help you get back into your account.
