I need to change my personal details

If you would like to change your personal details such as your home address or a change of email address then please let us know by raising a ticket.

Please be aware, we will need you to confirm your account before we can make any changes, this is to ensure it really is you asking, this is in line with our counter fraud procedures.

Information we need:

Please confirm your year of birth and last 3 digits of your postcode so we can verify this against the details we hold on your account.  
Please ensure these are correct and upto date.

If your query is regarding an email change then please let us know the new email address you wish to use!

In some cases we may need to see proof of identity before we can make any changes, as per the terms and conditions of OhMyDosh!
