I need to change my payment details

If you need to change your BACS or Paypal details you can do this yourself, just follow the below steps

Click on My Account in the top right and click on payment details. Make sure you check you have clicked on the BACS or PayPal button BEFORE you start putting your details in.     

Please be aware that due to fraud issues, we are no longer able to make BACS payments to MONZO, Wise (TransferWise), Clear Junction, Payoneer, Prepay Technologies (Monese, Tide, Mettle), Modulr Finance (Revolut, Pockit) & Wirecard Card Solutions accounts, please use alternative BACS details.

All PayPal accounts must be registered in your own name and fully confirmed and linked to a bank account.
