I've completed an offer once, can I do the same offer again?

Unfortunately not! 

The retailers that we use specify that the offers are for new members only. 

As you would have previously registered with the retailer when completing the offer, you are not eligible to take it for a second time as you are not a new member (even if you register with a different e-mail address)   This is because the retailers pay us a commission for introducing you to their sites.  We then share this commission with you. 
We only receive commission for new members so if you have already registered with a retailer before, we will not receive any commission so there is nothing to pass onto you.
