Why is my offer rejected?

Offers are generally only rejected by the Advertiser if the terms and conditions of the offer have not been fully met. However, mistakes can happen. They’re only human after all (or are they dancer? Who knows.)

We don't get told the reason why!

If you have an offer that has been rejected and you feel that you have completed the offer in full, as per the terms and conditions of that offer; then we will need to see proof of completion for us to investigate this with the retailer.

Information we need:

In order to look into this, we need to see proof that you have completed the offer in full as per the terms and conditions on the offer.

Non-Gambling offer -
Please provide a screenshot like a welcome email.
Make sure that your name, the retailer, and the time and date of receipt are shown.

Gambling offer -
Please provide 4 screenshots. 
           1 - Your account page showing both your and the retailer's name.
           2 - Confirmation of the time and date of your deposit
           3 - The time and date of the play history.
           4 - Your welcome e-mail with the time and date you received it clearly visible


Once we’ve received this we can try to get your offer reinstated.  We aim to get back to you within 2 working days
