We messaged on Friday to let all of our lovely users know that unfortunately since migrating to our new designed site we have had some issues with making payments. We were hoping to have that fixed in time for Mondays payment run but sadly, despite our tech team working their socks off, we have not been able to fully resolve the issue.

In order to make sure you are paid the correct amount and not missing out on any hard earned Dosh, we have made the very difficult decision to delay payments so we can be absolutely sure it all goes to plan.
Please rest assured that we are doing all we can to get this sorted out ASAP but we wanted to let you all know that it is unlikely that any payments will be made today.

16/2/24 On Thursday we launched our fantastic re designed site which now is much easier for you to navigate and earn all that lovely free Dosh. As far as launches go, we thought it went pretty smoothly, that was until a few of our lovely users let us know there was something wrong!

When we moved over to the new site we decided to make all your payments that were pending, payable – so you wouldn’t have to wait the normal pending time. But, we’ve looked into the issue and realised that there was in fact a bug which has meant that all of these pending amounts have been added to your account twice! Unfortunately, although we want you guys to earn as much Dosh as possible, if we let you cash out all this extra Dosh then we’d probably have to shut up shop in about 3 days!

This means that in order for us to fix the issue we have had to reset payments from today (Friday) onwards and that’s why you’re seeing this message. You will notice that your payment will be cancelled and your payable balance will drop, but please rest assured that we will make sure that you are paid all of the Dosh you have legitimately earned. We are currently still working on fixing this issue so unfortunately we can’t make any payments today but we should be back up and running by Monday. Sorry for the inconvenience.
